An amazing event, launching the poetry collection from local Leeds poet Surfing Sofas. Find out more about them from their LinkTree here!

Held in the lovely St Georges Conference rooms in the centre of Leeds, this was a really intimate sharing from Surfing Sofas and friends, featuring poetry and music around the themes of home, experiences of being houseless, and community. 

AV at it's Sophie set up the Zoom for online audiences, and liaised with the venue staff about the PA. Microphones placed at the back of the room created a much more interactive experience for online audience members. 

And a bonus: a lovely copy of the poetry anthology for the bookshelf at home!
