Giving Access to Production is our project which offers free production equipment (mainly audio visual) to communities, community organisations and individual artists to allow them to make events more accessible at no extra costs.
We are trying to remove the affordability barrier to making arts events more accessible by offering equipment such as hearing loops for people with hearing aids, and cable ramps to enable wheelchair users to more easily navigate spaces with cable runs.
The equipment will hopefully help not only the audiences but also the people putting on the event.
This equipment will be free to dry hire from us, with the option of additional paid support from technicians for set up and/or 'on the day' support.
Most commonly used for a silent disco, we have 100 headsets, each have their own volume control, and can recieve 3 channels.
